Daniela Tranquada

Hello! My name is Daniela and I live in the leafy London suburb of Bromley. I have a lifetime’s experience of working with dogs having been brought up surrounded by gundogs, primarily Weimaraners and German Shorthaired Pointers but there have also been Longhaired Dachshunds too!

As a youngster, I would accompany my mum to dog shows, where I got the knack for handling dogs in the show ring both for family and for others. Over the years this then progressed to breeding the occasional litter and judging at dog shows - from here to the USA. Currently, I am secretary of a local canine club where we run two events a year.
In a professional capacity, I have held jobs at both Dog World newspaper in Kent and the Kennel Club in London. It was in the latter role where I discovered Galen Myotherapy whilst working at Crufts! In the last ten years, I have gained qualifications in human anatomy and massage, which then inspired me to help our four-legged friends and combine all my skills by qualifying as a Galen Myotherapist.
To be able to help dogs living in discomfort is what it’s all about for me. Dogs give so much and deserve so much in return, and I will do whatever I can to help them so they can have a better quality of life.
