It all started with one special dog! I found Galen Myotherapy Treatment while searching for a therapy to help Alfie to live a more fulfilling life after being diagnosed with the onset of arthritis and lumbosacral disease at four years old. At the age of eight months old, he was hit by a car and needed extensive surgery to rebuild his hips. While the surgery was a complete success, we had to make sure that he had all the help he could get to be able to lead a "normal" doggy life! I decided to study Galen Myotherapy to help him and others to live life to the full! The feeling of pain can be helped in many ways; releasing tension in the body or improving the home environment to make it safer are good places to start!
