Conversion from Level 3 to Level 4 Ofqual Regulated Diploma

This order confirms that you wish to move your current level 3 Diploma to the new, Ofqual Regulated Level 4 Diploma.
 
Conversions to the new Level 4 will be on a rolling basis, in the order that confirmations/payments are received. Conversions will start on the Student Portal in November 2025.
 
The deadline for ordering a conversion to Level 4 is 30 November 2025. After that time, you can remain on the Level 3 and complete it. If you wish to study higher qualifications with Galen in future, you will need to hold the regulated Level 4 Diploma.
